For years I have been watching and participating in the investment processes of some of the largest construction projects carried out in Poland in marine, inland, coastal and protected areas.

Dear Sirs,

Over the years, I have participated in the largest construction projects in Poland - in marine areas, inland areas, coastal zones and protected areas.
I participated in the preparation and implementation of projects co-financed by the European Union.

I know every stage of the investment:

From raising funds and preparing documentation, By obtaining administrative decisions, to supervising the execution and settlement of investments.

I have worked on both sides of the process

As a representative of the Investor and Contractor, in maritime administration, local government and public procurement law firms. This experience allows me to effectively eliminate obstacles and optimize activities at each stage of the investment.

Public procurement

Work experience gained from working in a public procurement office, local government, university and Contractors. Preparing and conducting public procurement proceedings. Preparing bids on behalf of Contractors, including drafting bids, preparing documents and drafting clarifications when requested by the Contracting Authority, and concluding and executing contracts. Co-representing Contractors before the National Board of Appeals.

Administracja i ochrona środowiska

Professional experience gained while working for maritime administration, local government, university and private sector entities. Author and co-author of project documentation, PFUs, feasibility studies of projects and environmental studies, in particular KIPs, EIA reports, water law reports, geological works projects and geological-engineering documentation, analyses of changes in the position of the coastline and seabed topography, and location applications.

Rozwój naukowo-badawczy

University lecturer. Conducting lectures and practical classes on environmental and landscape protection. Author and co-author of scientific publications on the analysis of morpholithodynamic changes in the area of protective structures of the sea shore and the analysis of risks associated with the dumping of chemical weapons on the bottom of the Baltic Sea.

Construction of a Parking Wharf in the seaport of Lublin
Dredging of the waterway in the Police Canal to 12.5 m
Construction of a protective breakwater for the marine fishing harbor in Krynica Morska - Sands
Construction of a coastal protection system in Ustka, Rowy and Leba
Improving access infrastructure to the port in Police and Stepnica
Expansion of coastal spurs in Dźwirzyno and Jarosławiec
